Critical Incidents and Learning:-

Date Critical Incidents
19 Dec I just came back from GOA and knew that
2015 two of my close friends met with an
accident.
29th Dec My friends were recovering and getting
2015 better and I was getting busy with classes
and SPEED practice sessions.
31st Dec Took responsibility of getting back my
2015 friends in to the college post the New
years party
1st Jan The New year didnt start with a Bang
2016 neither I had any resolutions but only one
thing was going on in my mind. To win
SPEED 2016.
5th Jan Was driving back to hostel from K K Pai
block when I saw that one of my friend
was injured, I made sure I arranged an
helmet and dropped him to hostel
8th Jan The day when SPEED started and my
2016 team was knocked out in the first round
itself. I was aggressive in the match and
didnt play with a strategy, I just wanted
to win.
11th Jan Football match was nearing and our team
2016 was gearing up. The practice sessions
were going good I was impressed by my
Reflection/Learning(link to the

Made me forget all the fun I had
during vacation and got busy
going to KMC and seeing them
almost daily. Made me
responsible and sincere.
I feel good being busy all day. I
found myself getting better at
multi-tasking.
Felt a sense of responsibility
within me
Resolutions need not be made on
a special day. Its the moment
which makes you determined.
Was happy by the empathy that I
showed to him
Many learnings from that single
match. Firstly having patience
and maintaining your calm. Even
though I lost I won the hearts
because of the fight I gave back,
where I learnt the importance of
not giving up.
Motivating people and bringing
them for practice especially in
the mornings is a tough job, I
