General requirement for set up of Minimum

precast boundary wall mfg. plant

1. Land : Approx. 1500 to 2000 sq. yard land requirement.

2. Power : 3 phase power requirement up to 10 hp.

(The plant also can be operated on single phase.)

3. Water : Water required for concrete for mixing. And for water curing to

Panels and columns.

4. Flooring : 40 ft. X 70 ft. Concrete flooring area for molds set up.

5. Mixture : Concrete mixture machine required of 1 bag capacity.

6. Welding : 400 Amp welding machine required.

7. Shed : Roofing shed is preferable but not compulsory required.

8. Store : If plant is in the open land, there will be provision of a store

etc. /nut bolts.

9. Man power : 7 10 labor required for the operating of plant.
