INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party, accuses and charge Juana Dela Cruz, of illegal possession, use, sale, and
trafficking of Shabu, committed as follows:

That on or about November 10, 2016 in the City of Manila, Philippines, within the
jusrisdiction of this court, the said accused, did and there, possessed, used, sale and trafficking of
1 Kilo of Shabu. That Juana Dela Cruz, 17 years of old intentionally sold the half kilo of shabu to
Mr. Z and suddenly they used it inside the house of the said accused.

Contrary to law.
