This Frame part can be made with any polycarbonate, polyethelene, ABS-M30 material of your choice
that will stand up to the engine compartment heat. The engine compartment can run over 180 degrees
in the summer heat. PVC will not stand this heat. Do your homework and prevent costly accidents.
A saw to cut the material, drill and drill bits, pipe thread tap, file, and sand paper are needed for DRAWN

I used SS Shim stock (304 grade) from fastenal in .010 thickness, it can be cut with a paper cutter

Final assembled thickness will change as heavier plates are used, and if heavier gaskets are used.

Angled corner cuts line up with the water inlet and gas outlet fittngs.
Paint the edges of the angled cut with epoxy paint, epoxy, or other electrical sealant to prevent
voltage leaking and excessive heating of the unit.
Gorilla Glue, the manufacturer claims will glue plastic and metal, and is water proof, time will tell. DRAWN

This unit is designed to use 25 plates in a +nnnnn-nnnnn+nnnnn- configuration. You can increase capacity by adding 5n plates and 1 connector for 31
plates, or any amount of added cells you want, 37,43,49,etc. The limiting factor is available bolt length and ability to hold components together while bolts
are tightened. As cells are added the gas outlet holes should be increased to allow for more gas flow. Remember doubling the diameter of the ID increases
flow by 4, so a 1/4"ID fitting carries 4x as much as a 1/8"ID fitting.
The unit is designed to use a refill tank/bubbler for basic operation at least use 1 qt capacity. A secondary bubbler or air dryer is recommended.
A pump can help increase output, electric fuel pumps work fine for this.
Use a relay for the Cell power that turns on with the engine running by connecting the ground of the relay to the oil pressure switch and power to a 'on
with the key' (windshield wipers for example) connection. A secondary on/off switch in the cabin is recommended.
Users choice to install added equipment such as MAP/MAF enhancer, O2 extender or enhancer. Results cant be quaranteed as user has control of added
options and catalyst and amp settings, driving habits, etc.
Setting of catalyst is the users choice to control amp draw, start small and build up slowly to desired strength.
