; Mal-function of Electrical Equipment at Suvli

Reference is made to your letter ref. ORX-161202-197 dated 02/12/2016.

1. When R (Remote) position is selected on LCP (Local Control Panel) of

Drainage Pumps in the pump building, the drainage pump cannot be started
on either LV panel at the electrical room or SCADA system at the control
room. It can be started from only LCP.

2. Please provide us evidences how your specialist judged that there was no
problem with cables and drainage pumps.
The evidences hereby mean like records of terminal numbers which cables
were connected, insulation test results, and so on.
In this regard, for our study, we would like to have the terminal box drawings
of 7.5kW and 22kW motors of drainage pumps which are not available with
us.

3. Replacement of broken surge arresters of the auxiliary transformer and

power fuses of the MV switchgear is an option of the Employer as we wrote
to him with our letter ref. K-E-160531-01 dated 31/05/2016.
