set by the company and state in order to maintain the nutritional values required in
the meal.
Take daily inventory of entrees, account of meals requested vs. prepped, keep log
of daily leftover meals, keep good communication between supervisors.
Scan meal tickets into student accounts after service, keep up to date ensuring
