in the BHS Gymnasium 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Project Set Up:

Students may register and set up their space between 2-4:45 p.m.
Students are responsible for all electronic components-extension cords
and power strips. Students must be at their table and ready to present
by 5:15 p.m.

Project Evaluations:
Judging begins at 5:30 p.m. Parents/Caregivers are not permitted in the
gymnasium during judging. There will be a concession stand for
refreshments and demonstrations to view in the cafeteria.

Public Viewing:
The public is welcome to view student projects from approximately
6:30-7:30 p.m. Winners will be announced at 7:15 p.m. Students will
clean up their areas at the end of the event.
