Aecess to COLLECT is sranted only to luv enforcement and criminal justice agencies. ‘There is only one entry point into this system for searching, which is via the Search Portal within the agency's SharePoint application, Access tothe Search Portal is restricted by authentication ofthe user, which is audited and loge. The system provides accurate, complete and timely information for law enforcement offices. We found that & database ike COLLECT is not alae in the marketplace from other providers. We also found that COLLECT is a proprietary product created and maintained by the State of Connecticut and is not available in the marketplace from other providers. 9.
