Description of how to implement in the class: Students will be using Timeline 3D on the school
iPads to create a timeline of Martin Luther King Jr. Students will use prior knowledge to complete the
assignment and must show the teacher creativity in the presentation of the timeline. Teacher will not
have to worry about cost, as the school has the software on their iPads.

Students will collaborate for this activity, allowing for collaboration to complete the best possible
timeline. Teacher will introduce the software in the beginning of class, so that all students are set for
the activity. Teacher will give students rubric on what to expect and the teacher will expect all
students to participate.
Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): LoTi 2: While Technology is the focus of the days
activity, it is mainly content driven and teacher centered. Students have the opportunity to create
their own timeline, so it is probably close to a LoTi 3.

Other comments about your proposed BBPT Activity: BBPTs are useful and engaging, but can be
difficult for some teachers to use depending on what school system. Most of them are fairly expensive
too.
