WAIVER OF SSS BENEFITS WITH SPECIAL

POWER OF ATTORNEY AND AFFIDAVIT OF
EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROSENDO C. CANTAL, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

24 Dahlia St., CAA, Phase 1, Las Pias City, after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

I am the legal husband of Mercedita Cantal, with the same personal

circumstances as mine.

My wife have real properties in which my name appears in the

conveyance papers and / or certificates of title, to with:

I unequivocable declare that all the aforesaid real properties are the
exclusive properties of my said wife, the same having been acquired through
the money or properties given by my wifes parents to her.

My name likewise appears as beneficiary of my said wife with the

Social Security System (SSS) for its benefits.

It is my pleasure that all the SSS benefits of my wife be waived in

favor of our children namely: ROMER E. CANTAL, 18 years old, RIJIN E.
CANTAL, 15 years old, JINKY E. CANTAL, 14 years old, and JHERIC E.
CANTAL, 8 years old, and that my name as beneficiary be removed from the
SSS records.

I undertake to keep SSS, its officers, employees, and representatives

free and harmless from any and all suits and liabilities, and I further
guarantee, that in the event any person claim to be entitled to the same as
adjudged by competent authority, I undertake to refund the benefits to the
person rightfully entitled thereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the foregoing

declarations, obligations, liabilities and covenants, I absolutely waive all my
said SSS benefits in favor of my aforesaid children in equal unidivided shares.

I hereby name, appoint and constitute, with power of substitution, my

said wife to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name
place and stead, to do and perform, - concerning all of above-mentioned
subject matters, - the following special powers, to wit:
 To sell, cede, transfer, assign and convey unto any person, his/her heirs
and successors-in-interest, all my shares, interests, participations, ownership
and possession on the properties above described and to receive the
proceeds of the sale in cash or in check for her own use and benefit; to sign,
seal, execute any receipt, document, bank form, and check, and for the
latter, to sign, endorse, encash, deposit to any bank account, including in her
own name, or otherwise negotiate the same, and receive all the proceeds
therefor for her own use and benefit; to sign, seal and execute any sale,
extrajudicial settlement of my estate, conveyance, mortgage, encumbrance,
assignment, pledge, deed, document, paper, receipt, writing, SSS document
or paper, and to receive all the proceeds therefor for her own use and
benefit; to make payments as are considered acts of strict dominion and to
hire counsel; to sue and be sued in any fora and action with power to make
admissions and stipulations of facts and documents and submit and approve
compromise proposals and agreements, to make admissions and stipulations
of facts and documents; to sign, seal and execute any pleading, affidavit,
verification and certification or paper in any fora; to amend, revise, modify,
cancel and novate any of the conveyances, deeds, affidavit, pleading/s,
documents or papers mentioned herein; attend any hearing, including pre-
trial and trial, and to make any stipulations and admissions of facts and
documents; to waive any procedure or rules of the forum and the Rules of
Court; GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact and their
substitute/s full power and authority to do every act and thing whatsoever
requisite, necessary, proper or convenient to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said attorney-in-fact and her substitute/s shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.

In the event any provision herein is declared invalid, the other

provisions herein shall remain valid and in full force and effect.

known to me to be the same person who executed the affidavit over change
or removal of beneficiary from the SSS records, with waiver of the same in
favor of children, special power of attorney and declaration of exclusive
properties of the wife, - consisting, including this acknowledgment, of two
pages and signed by the party and his instrumental witnesses on all the
pages, and who acknowledged to me that same is his free act and deed.
