RLO Usability Test

Primavera Training Schedule Analysis

Introduction

Purpose of RLO
Learner will be able to analyze a training programs scheduling data
and identify missing scheduling information

Terminal Objective of the Unit in which the RLO will be


presented
The terminal objective of this module is: Accurately schedule training
programs in Primavera

There are two enabling objectives for this module:


i) Given the data requirements of Primavera, analyze data received
from the technology lead and report missing information back to them
i) Given access to the Primavera software, schedule training programs
with 100% data accuracy

This RLO will focus on enabling objective (i) :

Target Audience
The target learners for the course are the Training Coordinators in
Europe who manage the resource allocation of the instructors and each
technologys training schedule.

Both Coordinators are Female Europeans between the ages of 28 35


years, and have a background in Human Resources and Administration.
One employee has working experience of 13 years, where else the
other has around 5 years of working experience.

While they do not have prior exposure to Primavera and Tableau, they
have knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel,
and Power Point, and they are also knowledgeable in utilizing Skype

Scenario
The purpose of this course is to ensure accuracy in training
program scheduling and resource allocation using the tools and
system currently in place by ABC Learning Center.
The instructional strategy for this RLO will be directive with a pre-
recorded voice over. Audio transcript is provided to students.
Students will perform two activities that also function as
assessments. First, is a quiz with multiple answer selection.
Second, will be a quiz with multiple choice answer single
selection.
Students have a maximum of 3 attempts for each activity which
are also assessments with accumulative grades accessible to the
trainer. For purpose of test/ university assignment, the quiz slides
have been programmed to allow users to proceed to the next
learning content after they have failed their 3rd attempt.
This RLO delivers content for lesson 1 of module 1 from a total of
3 modules and 6 lessons.
This RLO is meant to provide learners with the most basic
information of scheduling analysis.
