utmost respect to the law enforcement entity, I must write my precise statement to
demonstrate enforceability of my duties as well as my rights in California, United-

I must acknowledge that you need better control to prevent and detect improper
decisions on behalf of your ocers.

The alleged violation for which I am accused, driving in the bus lane, maintain multiple
grounds on which I am prepared and able to defend myself. Ultimately, however, while
driving, I was not notified and thus completely unaware my lane was a legally marked
bus lane. While the ocer on duty specifically stated that I was in such violation, I was
never given notice or attention from them to pull over or inform me in any manner.

Second of all, as the most careful driver I am always proactive as I define myself to be

that very evening) were both NOT AWARE of any ocers ON DUTY.

If so, I would and eventually with NO DOUBT [as I've as well studied law as a personal
achievement] pursue the ocer and would have wanted complete explanations and
legal contact informations for the legal actions taken by He and the legal rights I
possessed.

According to your entity' Controller and Auditor, this isn't the first approach and time I
have experienced such significant penalties. I, with the utmost indignation to your
superior, I have always followed and legitimately made full payments to my previous
citations [I believe two previous ones were issued for the past two years approximately]
and I have never protested although I shall and must have due to the ineective
procedures at all levels.

To concur, I must notify and meticulously share your very statements by your
Controller: "Parking Enforcement has not conducted a stang level analysis to
determine the minimum, adequate, and robust stang levels that would be needed to
eectively enforce parking laws."

I must demonstrate my dearest, deepest apologies if I may lack sucient proofs, yet I
do strongly fully acknowledge my very innocence which is NOT THE FIRST TIME. It is
