Establishments Regulations:
If you are recording TV programmes for future use, you
will need to assure you get a licence from the
Educational Recording Agency.

However, there are some exceptions for Educational


Establishments under present copyright law. Such as
under section 34 of the copyright act. Establishments,
which only play music within curricular activities these
then, do not require a licence.

get legal permission from the appropriate or relevant
