INTERROGEE CLASSIFICATION -

I. BACKGROUND:

That subject person seek the assistance of Police Officer Lacamento of Police
Station 1, ACPO for the turn-over of a blue Honda Wave without license plate which was
allegedly bought from certain Baba, a notorious carnapper from Bamban, Tarlac, who
was apprehended by elements of Capas Police Station for violation of RA 9165 and for
possession of stolen motorcycle that was carnapped at Rizal St Brgy Agapito Del
Rosario, Angeles City on April 24, 2015. Upon inquiry, reportee claims that subject
motorcycle was bought from Baba on April 10, 2015 at around 1:00 PM and showed off
the alleged license plate of said motorcycle which was placed in the underneath
compartment with number 9901 QG. Verification made reveals that subject license
plate was listed as one of the stolen motorcycle at AOR of this Station.

IX. ACTIVITIES / INVLOVEMENT:

Suspect was involved in Carnapping / Motornapping incidents within AOR and

Magalang Town. Sidecars of their stolen motorcycles were sold to prospective buyers
within neighboring towns of Bamban, Capas and Concepcion Tarlac, not unlike the
Modus Opendi of other groups wherein the sidecar were dumped / left at uninhabited
area. Meanwhile, the stolen motorcycle were disposed separately.

X. ORGANIZATIONAL / PERSONALITIES KNOWN TO SUBJECT:

JHEYROME PANCHO y LACSON, @ Baba and / or @ Rom Rom and

resident of Brgy Banaba, Lourdes, Bamban, Tarlac, who was arrested by Capas Police
Station for violation of RA 9165 and Carnapping
XI. SIGNIFICANT REVELATIONS:

1. Involved in the Motornapping incident on or about March 05, 2015 in front of

New Star Mall, San Nicolas, Angeles City with stolen motorcycle described as Honda
TMX with stainless sidecar;

2. Involved in Motornapping incident at Sto Rosario, Magalang, Pampanga with

stolen motorcycle described as Honda Wave 100R, blue in color (turned over to Police
Station 1 with license plate on placed on Ubox 9901 QG;

3. Involved in motornapping incident on or about April 14, 2015 along Mc Arthur

Hway, Lourdes Sur East, Angeles City with stolen motorcycle described as Rusi MC
(Suzuki Raider look alike with license plate no 9901 QG). Suspect reveals that He was
the one who abandoned subject motorcycle along Mc Arthur Hway Brgy Anupol,
Bamban, Tarlac, on May 01, 2015, near Gold Star Hardware when He was informed by
relatives of his wife that He was already identified and investigated by PS6 - Angeles
City Police for involvement in Carnapping/Motornapping incidents within Angeles City
AOR;

4. Suspect claims that He only joined the group of Jheyrome Pancho aka Baba
and certain Francis just recently. Accordingly, herein suspect was playing as the look-
out of Baba (Jheyrome Pancho) and in contrary with what Baba claims that He (Baba) is
only the contact person / middle man of a certain Francis of Dominican, Capas, Tarlac
and a certain Greg of Aguso, Mabalacat City, Pampanga;

5. Both Francis and Jheyrome were operating within Angeles City and
neighboring town of Magalang, Pampanga and brought the stolen MC in Bamban Tarlac
(Babas residence) and sell their stolen motorcycles and sidecar separately in the
province of Tarlac. Said group does not require a branded motorcycle and targeted even
china made motorcycles like Rusi, Euro, Sym, Honda TMX and the like;

6. Both Francis and Jheyrome were his former co-worker at Gold Star Hardware
located at San Roque, Bamban, Tarlac before they shifted in this Carnapping activity;

7. Suspect also claims that another Suzuki Raider with Green and Black in color
Was carnapped by his group and was brought to Baba (Jheyrome) live-in partners
relatives in Banaba, Lourdes, Bamban, Tarlac;

8. Suspect also claims that the motorcycle and other motorcycle parts were sold
to or brought in Warehouse in Capas Tarlac;

9. Same also pledges cooperation and is willing to show off / give information on
the location of said warehouse.

INTERROGEE CLASSIFICATION -

II. BACKGROUND:
That on or about 2020H of April 24, 2015, this office investigated a reported
Carnapping / Motornapping Incident transpired along Rizal St. Brgy Aagapito Del
Rosario, AC fronting Veras Furniture/Angeles Medical Center, suspect carted away a
Honda TMX 155, black in color with license plate no: QD 2420 and sped off towards
north direction. At around 1530H of April 26, 2015, victim identified as Joel Faustino y
Mandani, spotted the sidecar of his motorcycle inside the garage of Marvin Perez y
Alfonso of 1151 Susuba, Brgy Capas, Tarlac and later seek assistance from Capas
Police Station.
Subject sidecar was recovered and it was revealed from the investigation that
same was sold to Perez by the suspect for the amount of six thousand pesos
(Php6,000.oo). A manhunt operation was conducted against suspect until his presence
was confirmed at the residence of his live-in partner at banaba, Lourdes, Bamban,
Tarlac. Thereat, the reported carnapped motorcycle with plate no: QD 2420, along with
one (1) Rusi MC with plate no: 6177 XS and a Honda TMX Chassis / Skeleton with no:
KB509121801 were recovered.

Subject is still single but living with a partner in the person of JEANYAN
CUNANAN, jobless and a resident of Banaba, Lourdes, Bamban, Tarlac wherein
suspect was arrested. Jeanyan is currently pregnant with the suspect and have another
son named Carl Justine Cunanan from her previous relationship.

V. FAMILY BACKGROUND

- Suspects parents were separated and now living with

Subject was born at Sto Nino, Concepcion, Tarlac and transferred to different
addresses within the adjoining municipality of Concepcion; Capas and Bamban, Tarlac.
It was noted that same have No permanent address considering that same was only
renting apartment with his parents in his younger years and make it on his own when
his parents parted ways and live with their respective and current partners. Suspect is
now living under the roof of his live-in partners parents in Banaba, Lourdes, Bamban,
Tarlac.

IX. ACTIVITIES / INVLOVEMENT:

Suspect was involved in Carnapping / Motornapping incidents within AOR.

Sidecar of their stolen motorcycle were sold to prospective buyers within neighboring
towns of Bamban, Capas and Concepcion Tarlac, not unlike the Modus Openadi of ther
groups wherein the sidecar were dumped / left at uninhabited area. Meanwhile, the
stolen motorcycle were disposed separately.

X. ORGANIZATIONAL / PERSONALITIES KNOWN TO SUBJECT:

Certain Francis of Capas Tarlac and

Greggy Panis y Moreno of Aguso, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
XI. SIGNIFICANT REVELATIONS:

Suspect claims that He is only the contact person / middle man of a certain
Francis of Dominican, Capas, Tarlac and a certain Greg of Aguso, Mabalacat City,
Pampanga. Both Francis and Greg were operating within Angeles City and brought the
sidecar to his residence thus instructing him to sell their stolen motorcycles separately
in the province of Tarlac.
Both Francis and Greg were his former co-worker at Gold Star Hardware located
at San Roque, Bamban, Tarlac before they shifted in this Carnapping activity.
Same also pledges cooperation and is willing to show off / give information on
the residence and present location of his two cohorts.

XII. ARREST RECORD:

Suspect was previously chaged with Carnapping and Violation of Anti-Fencing

law in year 2013. Accordingly, said case were already dismissed by the Court. (Subject
for verification with MTCC/RTC Courts in Province of Tarlac.)

XIII. REWARD: Negative

XIV. OBSERVATION:

Subject was believed to be lying and or skipping with lesser participation in the
group. Suspect was presented to the lone witness on Carnapping incident transpired on
April 24, 2015, and same personally identified the suspect as one of the three (3)
suspects on above stated incident transpired at Rizal St. brgy Agapito Del Rosario, AC.
