Developed high profile accounts, Ace Hardware Group, Tru-Value and other hardware groups. K-Mart and Sears add to profile.
Main liaison for Peak antifreeze account. Worked with CCI (Honda) to increase customer satisfaction ratio and scorecard. 18M
dealer of BMW automotive PCMO to China Auto Groups. Added product SKUs in the appearance and aftermarket automotive
categories to increase revenue base. Achieved #1 vendor scorecard 6 months to present running with Ace.
Extensive legal strategy and planning work with EPA, Coast Guard, MWRD and Environmental Resources Management for the
protection, safety and compliance of these sites. 100% record for both sites, no spills.
Set up new procedures and handbook for blending & lab flow charts to result in improved accuracy in blends and efficiency.
Appointed new head of blending to result in Peak comments that the site was best in 15 years since we took control of Olympic Oil.
Restructured pricing matrix to result in increased 5% increased revenues. Detected areas that were not accounted for in P&L.
Preparation of payroll until inception of Insperity PEO services. Worked with Insperity to ensure compliance, safety and shop floor
training standards. Converted a multi-site location to Sure Payroll and set it up. Manufacturing environment.

Lowered office supply business costs by 20% by placing a new office copier and equipment lease with Warehouse Direct along with
negotiated pricing on office supply combining several sites.
Oversee selection and implementation of 500K camera, sensor, access and security system to eliminate theft and improve security.
Envisioned and implemented a new product category of waterless coolant. Worked with PHD chemist to bring this new product
