Babic Counter Pressure Plug and POURING 20 foot across X 20 foot high hydraulic concrete mix with fresh water held in place by a round
section of steel like a cup with bottom removed.

Stupid IDEA ? Gee Mr. Vice President my idea given in 1979 to PEMEX TO FORCE LEAD INTO THE CASING ON IXTOC 1 worked.

Why would you NOT get UNCLE to take over from BP and stop the leak by even putting down a NEW BOP as it is a female flange sealing the
male riser....NOT BOLTED DOWN SIR ? How far UP the bank of sand and dirt does the OIL SLICK WEAKENED BY COREXIT REALLY GO ON
ALL LAND AREAS AND BEACHES....DO NOT DIG DEEP GETTUM OIL FOR SAND CASTLES make any sense ?
