very basics of meditation practice to the attainment of the first
glimpse of nibbna and beyond . If you don't understand some of
the terms here don't worry, all will be explained. But to give you

Nibbana:
The Pali equivalent of the Sanskrit term "Nirvana", which for most
means a state of ecstasy or bliss or the most sublime happiness
and peace. Of these only sublime happiness and peace comes
close to what Nibbana is. It is that which arises from the riddance
of all hindrances, obscuration and impurities that defile our ability to
see, with the most absolute clarity, into the truth of the nature of our
being and the greatest level of wisdom humanly possible.
