The Echelle value in the Cont_Thom file or the simulation box dimensions in Seg_Thom
file. The values set for these are
Echelle=16
Simulation box dimesions: 14000 14000 14000
Now the simulation box dimensions in micron:
Dimensions of the volume in AVALUE ( 14000 14000 14000 )
Coordinates of the volume center ( 7000 7000 7000 )
Dimensions of the volume in micron ( 20.21477 20.21477 20.21477 )
Seg_Thom file.
The values I have used in Seg_Thom file for building the Thompson Tetrahedron are as follow.

The dislocation segments lengths and the coordinates corresponding to them can be out
by looking at the Thompson Tetrahedron. There we can find the burger vectors of the dislocation
segments and also the Slip System to which it belongs. With this data we can find the above
mentioned information in Seg_Thom file.
The graph of Epsilon Plasticity vs Rho_tot indicates that the Dislocation density increases as as the
dislocations dissociate and lead to new ones. But the one shown above is not smooth(The graph
obtained by me is wrong I believe).
The graph of Epsilon plasticity vs Slip system density indicates that 4 out of 12 slip systems are
inactive and 8 are active as predicted by Schmidt factor. But in the graph above, the slip systems
which are active are not showing the correct nature.
Conclusion:
The dislocation density is supposed to increase as the dislocations dissociate and multiply as time
passes.
The Active slip systems should have initially linear increasing curve and then after that almost
horizontal to the Epsilon plasticity axis. The inactive slip system will be horizontal from the
beginning to the Epsilon plasticity axis.
