Facts:
That on or about the 32nd day of January,
193Os, in the City of Mandaue, Philippines, without
being authorized by law sell, or otherwise dispose
of any dangerous drug give away to PO1 Odin, who
acted as poseur buyer, white crystalline substance
contained in one piece heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet in consideration of the amount of
Php 200.00, which substance was found positive
for the test of methamphetamine hydrochloride,
also known as shabu, a dangerous drug.
