Chat Communication

Any breach of the EMM Chat Communication Rules is punishable by all staff on EMM.

1. One warning must be given to any user who is in breach of the chat rules. No
more warnings need to be given to said user, even if they come on at a
different time, or day, or unless a different rule is being broken.
2. The first mutable offence is a 2 minute mute.
3. The second mutable offence is a 5 minute mute.
4. The third mutable offence is a kick/votekick from the EMM server.
5. The fourth and final mutable offence is a ban lasting 30 minutes to
permanent, depending on the extent of the users malicious intent.

Voice Communication

Any Breach of the EMM Voice Communication Rules is punishable by all staff on
EMM.

1. One warning must be given to any user who is in breach of the staff rules. No
more warnings need to be given to said user, even if they come on at a
different time, or day, or unless a different rule is being broken.
2. The First gaggable offence is a 2 minute gag.
3. The second gaggable offence is a 5 minute gag.
4. The third gaggable offence is a kick/votekick from the EMM server.
5. The fourth and final gaggable offence is a ban lasting 30 minutes to
permanent, depending on the extent of the users malicious intent.

Miscellaneous

Any Breach of the EMM Misc. rules is punishable by all staff on EMM.

1. One warning must be given to any user who is in breach of the staff rules. No
more warnings need to be given to said user, even if they come on at a
different time, or day, or unless a different rule is being broken.
2. It is an instant kick/votekick if a user is not complying to the warning.
3. A ban will be issued if the user offends the same rule a second time. The ban
issued can be from one day (1440 minutes) to permanent depending on the
extent of the malicious intent, or if the user has previously repeated the
offence.

capabilities/limitations as staff on EMM.

*You can also click a users voice chat box while holding tab to instantly gag
them.*

*Holding tab, right clicking the mic beside a users name will give the option
to gag certain users for said user. This is used to stop heated arguements and
other related issues*
