Enteringintohigherdimensionsofconsciousnessrequiresafundamentalshiftin
perceivedtimeandspace.
Thisisacrucialshiftinperceptionthatwewishtoaddressusingatheoretical
perspectiveandapracticaltechnique,whichincludestheuseofasound
meditationwehavecreatedforthispurpose.
The Theory
Therearemanywaystoviewhigherdimensions.Whatwewishtoshareisabasic
schematicofhowweviewdimensionsandthechallengesyoufaceasyoutransit
intohigherdimensionalreality.
Yourembodiedbiologicalreality(i.e.,yourphysicalbody)isanchoredinthethird
andfourthdimensionsofconsciousnessasweviewit.
Youarequitefamiliarwiththethirddimensionalityofyourworld.Yournervous
systemiskeenlytunedtothisreality.Yourbrain/mind/bodycomplexis
synchronizedtothephysicalrealityofyourworld.Yourverybiologicalsurvival
dependsuponyournavigationofthespacearoundyou.Furthermoreyourbody,
mindandconsciousnessareanchoredinyourperceptionoftime.
Yourhigherdimensionallevelsofconsciousness,however,arenotboundbythese
constraints.Theyarefreeofspatialandtimeorientedrestrictions.Thisisdueto
thefactthatyourhigherdimensionalbodieshavenomassorphysicalityandare
thusunaffectedbygravitationalfields.
Timeisgreatlyaffectedbygravitationalfields.Furthermore,yourperceptionof
timeisaffectedbyconditioning.Thecombinationofgravitationalfieldsandsocial
conditioninghasresultedinmosthumanbeingsfindingthemselvesmaroonedin
theconstraintsofspaceandtime.
Pragmaticallyspeaking,yourexperienceofrealityisaresultofthevibratorylevel
youidentifywith.Whenyouidentifywithhigherdimensionsofconsciousnessyou

reality.
Whenyouidentifysolelywithyourbiologicalrealityyouare,forallintentsand
purposes,trappedinspaceandtime.
Inthismessagewewillbepresentingamethodforyoutoshiftyourpersonal
identityfromtheconstraintsofperceivedtimeandspacetothefreedomofhigher
dimensionswhilealsolivingyourdaytodaylifeinacivilizationanddimensional
realitythatisboundbytheseconstraints(i.e.,spaceandtime).
Butbeforeimpartingthismethodweneedtodelveintothetheoryalittlebit
further.
Asweviewit,timeisthefourthdimension.Forusspaceandtimeareintimately
related.YourscientistshaveconfirmedEinsteinstheorythatlargeobjectswith
massgenerategravitationalfields,whichalterbothspaceandtime.
Forusthefifthdimensionisthefirstdimensionofconsciousnessoutsidethe
constraintsofspaceandtime(i.e.,thethirdandfourthdimensions.)Andbeingsin
thefifthdimensionhavenomassandarethereforenotsubjecttotheeffectsof
gravitationalfields.
Whilethefifthdimensionhasnophysicalityperse,itdoeshaveform,orobjects.
Butfromyourperspective,formsinthefifthdimensionseemephemeralhaving
nosubstanceorreality.
Whenyouenterthefifthdimensionyouwillstillexperienceyourselfashavinga
form(i.e.,abody).Andthingsinthefifthdimensionwillappeartoyouassolidas
theformsyouexperienceinyourcurrentreality.Butyourexperienceofspacewill
bemuchmorefluid,andtimeasareferencepointwillnotexist.
Therearethosewhosaythatallofyourproblemswillbemagicallyand
instantaneouslysolvedwhenyouenterintohigherdimensions.Thisisnotour
experience.Itisjustthatthechallengesaredifferent.Theopportunitiesarealso
different,becauseyouarenotconfinedbythelimitationsofspaceandtimeasyou
experiencetheminyourcurrentembodiedreality.Thisgivesyougreater
opportunitiesforcreativityandwhatwecalldimensionalevolution.
Dimensionalevolutionisthedevelopmentoftheabilitytobeawareof,andoperate
within,multipledimensionssimultaneously.Thejourneytothisstateofmastery
canindeedbealongandconvolutedone,becauseitinvolveslivinginaspecific
dimensionalrealitythroughdirectexperience.Forinstance,yourcurrent
embodiedlifeisfromthestandpointofdimensionalevolutionanopportunityto
masterthethirdandfourthdimensions.Itisalsoanopportunitytoexperience
higherdimensionswhilesimultaneouslylivinganembodiedexistence.Alifelived
inthismannerrapidlyacceleratesdimensionalevolution,andthismessageis
codedwithmultiplelevelsofinformationforthoseofyouthathaveenteredthis
radicalwayofbeing.
Fromourperspective,youpossessaformthatishumanlikeupthroughtheninth
dimension.Eachsuccessivedimensionofconsciousnessissubtler(lessdense)
thantheonebeforeit.Forthosewhoenterthetenthdimension,form,asyouknow
it,disappearscompletely,andyoubecomemoregeometricinnature.
Whenweenterthetenthdimensionwebecomespheres.Wearenotthespheres
thatshowupinphotographsthatsomepeoplerefertoasorbs.Trueorbs,as
opposedtophotographicartifactsorhoaxes,areinterdimensionalbeingsthathave
sphericalgeometry.Andifyoulookmorecloselythesesphereswillrevealcomplex
labyrinthsinside.Thesphericalnatureofinterdimensionalbeingsisa
commonality,andmanydifferenttypesofbeingshavethisgeometricform.
WhenweenterthetenthdimensionsomeofusbecomewhatwecalltheAethos,
whichwehavediscussedinothermessages.
Butletusturnourattentionbacktoyou.Collectivelyhumanityisbeingrapidly
drawnintothefifthdimension.Thisisaninevitableevolutionaryshift,onefraught
withbothdangerandopportunity,andwewishnowtodiscussafewofthe
challengesfacingyouasyoumakethistransition.
Forthepurposesofthisdiscussionwewouldliketodividethesechallengesinto
threebroadcategories:1)naturallyoccurringchallengestotransitionsin
consciousness,2)manmadeinfluencesand3)alieninterference.
Naturally Occurring Challenges
Transitionsintohigherdimensionsareproblematicduetoradicaldifferencesin
perceptionbetweenbeingsthataregravityboundandthosethatarenot.Inother
words,atthethresholdbetweenyourthirdandfourthdimensionalrealityand
yourfifthdimensionalrealityyouarefacedwithawallofperceptualdifferences.
Indeedsomeindividualswhoexperiencefifthdimensionalrealitythinktheyare
losingtheirminds.Thisisbecauseperceivedspaceandtimearetemporarily
suspended.Perceptionismorefluidinthehigherdimensions,andwhenyouenter
thesedimensionsyoustandoutsideofyourownlife.Itsasifyouaredisconnected
fromtherealitiesanddemandsofyourearthlyexistence,whichcancreate
immenserelieforimmensedistressdependinguponyourpersonalpsychology.
Whenyourconsciousnessshiftsintothefifthdimensionyourpersonalidentity
changes.Yousimplycannotidentifywithyourearthlyexistenceinthewaysyou
areusedto.Thischallenge,fromourperspective,isactuallythemostdifficult
whenyoufirstenterthefifthdimension.Transitingfromthefifthintohigher
dimensionsisinherentlyeasierbecauseyouarealreadyusedtothedisappearance
ofspaceandtimeaslimitations.
Transitingintothefifthdimension(andhigher)requiresfinesseonyourpartifyou
aretoaccomplishthetaskoflivingyourdaytodaylifewhileaccommodatingthis
expandedreality.
Oneofthefutureabilitiesofhumanity,collectivelyspeaking,willbetheabilityto
liveinthirdandfourthdimensionsmeaningspaceandtimeasyoucurrently
knowthemwhilesimultaneouslylivinginthefifthdimensionwherespaceand
timearenotexperiencedasconstraints.
Thisdualrealitywillofferhumanityimmensecreativeinsightsandabilities,butas
withmostprogressionsthisisabellcurve.Andmostlikelymanyofyoureading
thismessagearefurtheraheadinthistransitionthanthebulkofhumanity.This
mayleaveyoufeelinglikeastrangerlivinginastrangeland.
Manmade Influences
Yourtransitionfromthirdandfourthdimensionalrealityintothefifthandhigher
ismadeallthemoredifficultbymanmadeorculturalinfluences.
Fromthestandpointofdimensionalevolutiontheedificeofyourentirecivilization
isfoundeduponanillusion.Theillusionisthatyourworldissolidandthatspace
andtimeareunyieldingrealitiesthatcannotbeaffectedbyyourconsciousness.
Whileyouarebiologicallycompelledtoattendtothedemandsofthethirdand
forthdimensionsinyoureverydaylife,payingattentiontoperceivedspaceand
timeisdifferentfrombelievingthattheyaretheonlyreality.
Yourterritorialbasedphilosophical,religiousandpoliticalsystemsthriveupon
anddependupontheperpetuationofthisillusion.Butinouropinion,thehouseof
cardsthatyoucallhumancivilizationwilleventuallycollapseandradicallyevolve
asmoreandmoreindividualsfreethemselvesfromlivingconfinedlivesthatare
solelyorientedtolowerdimensionalrealities.
Letusturnourattentionnowtootherinfluencesthatcan,andare,negatively
impactingyourtransitionintohigherdimensionalrealities.
Yourecosystemisinadownwardspiralmakingitmoreandmorechallengingfor
biologicalorganismstosurvive.Thisiscreatingimmensestressforallanimaland
plantlifeincludinghumans.Someofthethreatstoyourecosystemarecosmicin
naturesuchassolaractivityaswellasgammaandotherformsofradiationfrom
deepspace.SomeofthethreatscomefromchangesintheEarthitself,butmuchof
thedegradationofyourecosystemismanmade,includingbutcertainlynot
limitedtocarbonemissionsandtheacidificationofyouroceans.
Wewillnottakethetimeorspace(aprivatejoke)todiscussthisfurtherasitis
verycomplex.Butanyonewhobelievesthateverythingisfinewiththeecological
realityofyourplanetisindenial.
Thisleadsustothepowerbrokers,thosewhoempowerthemselvesby
disempoweringothers.Wearereferring,inthisinstance,tocorporateentitiesthat
disseminatemisinformationabouttheecosystemsothattheycanperpetuatetheir
incomeattheexpenseofyourplanetslifeforms.
Thisisanintelligencetestforhumanity,andifyoudonotcollectivelywakeupand
seethatyouhavebeenmanipulatedandtakenadvantageofbythepowerbrokers
bothseenandunseenyourecosystemwillcontinuetodegrade,andyouwillbe
confrontedwithafuturenotworthliving.
Alien Interference
Partofwhatwecallalieninterferenceisgeneticinnatureandhastodowithearly
genetictamperingbytheAnnunaki.Thisaliencivilizationcreatedwhatis
essentiallyaslaveraceforthepurposeofmininggold,whichtheydesperately
neededtoreinforcetheenergeticsoftheirdwindlingatmosphere.Agenetic
experimentwasundertakeninwhichearlyprimatesonearthweregenetically
alteredbytheAnnunakitoserveasworkers,asslaves,forthepurposeofmining.
Thus,builtintotheverygeneticcodingofyourbiologyisadeeplyengrained
tendencytobesubservientandtoworshipwhatyouperceivetobedivinebeings.
EarlyhumansperceivedtheAnnunaki(andmanyothergalacticandintergalactic
travelers)asgods,butthesebeingsweresimplysotechnologicallyadvancedtheir
merepresenceandactionsseemedlikemagictolessevolvedminds.
Thetransitionpointfromtheconstraintsofthirdandfourthdimensionalexistence
intothegreaterfreedomofthefifthdimensionandbeyondcancreatean
emotionalchallenge.Thisisduetothefactthattheimmensefreedomexperienced
inhigherdimensionalrealitycanbetemporarilydisorienting.Thistypeof
disorientationiscausedbytwofactors1)thedisappearanceofperceivedspaceand
timeasreferencepointsand2)theAnnunakimanipulation.
IfyouhavenotfreedyourselffromtheAnnunakigenetictemplateofsubservience
andworship,yourexperienceofthehigherdimensionscanbecontaminated.
Thisisduetothesimpletruththatthereareamultitudeofinterdimensional
beings,alienandotherwise,whowillbehappytofillinthegapwhowillfeedon
yoursubserviencetotheirwillandgloryinyourworship.
Ifthisisyourchoicethenthiswillbeyourreality.Wehavenojudgmentasto
whetheryouchoosethisornot,butwedothinkthatsuchachoicewouldbe
unfortunate.
Thenexusofourmessageisoneofpersonalempowermentandfreedom,sowe
cautionyouasyouenterintothefifthandhigherdimensionalrealitiestoavoid
alienimplanteddelusionsthatthereareotherbeingsyoushouldbowdownto.
Honorthemiftheyarehonorable,yes.Bowdowntoanyone?Never!
Death and the Fifth Dimension
Whenyoushiftyouridentifyintothefifthdimensionyourpersonalhistoryinthis
lifeseemslikeadream.Thisisbecauseyouhavetranscendedthesensoryanchors
ofyourembodiedlife,andallofyourhistoryandallthehistoriesofthisuniverse
areexperiencedasdreamlike.
Duringcertainstatesofprofoundlyexpandedconsciousness,thisdreamlike
natureoflifecanbeexperienceddirectly.Butformosthumanbeingsthis
experienceonlyemergesthroughthepassageyoucalldeath.
Therearetwotypesofdeathwewishtodiscuss.Thefirsttypeofdeathisthe
psychologicalandspiritualmetamorphosisthatoccurswhenyoushiftintofifth
dimensionalreality.Thiscanoftenfeellikeatypeofdeathbecauseyourhabitual
orientationtothesensorybasedrealitiesofyourlifedisappears.Whoareyou?
Whatisthemeaningofyourlife?Thesefundamentalexistentialquestionsare
profoundlyaffectedbytransitionsintofifthandhigherdimensionalrealities.
Andsoforthoseofyoureadingthiswhoaretransitingintothefifthdimensionor
higherwesaytoyou,donotbedismayedbythefeelingsofyourdemise.Your
feelingsofyourimpendingdeathmaybearisingwithinyouasaresultofyour
transitionintohigherdimensionalrealityandnotaharbingerofyourphysical
death.
Thesecondtypeofdeathwewishtodiscussisthedeathofyourbiologicalreality
(i.e.,yourphysicalbody).Atthefinalcompletionofthedeathprocessyouwillno
longerreceivesensoryinputfromyourexternalworld,andyourexperienceof
spaceandtime(asyoucurrentlyexperiencethem)willbeobliterated.Thiscanbe
quitedisorientingifyouarenotprepared.Itcanalsobequiteexhilaratingifyou
understandthenatureofwhatishappening.
Ifyoufullyandcompletelyidentifyyourselfsolelyasabiologicalorganismthe
momentofyourdeathcanbefrightening.If,however,youhavealreadytastedthe
freedomoffifthdimensionalrealityorhigheryourtransitionthroughdeathwillbe
easier.
Atthecompletionofyourbiologicaldeath,fromourexperienceandperspective,
youwillbeconfrontedwiththreeportals.Thefirstisatunneloflight.Thesecond
isaportalopenedthroughtheenergeticsofaguruorsavior.Andthethirdisa
portal,ortunnel,thatleadsintodarkness.
Thetunneloflightisgeneratedfromthepranictubethatrunsthroughthecenter
ofyourbody,whichrunsfromyourperineumtoyourcrown,anditisatunnellike
ortubelikechannel.Atthemomentofdeath,yourconsciousnessmovesupward
throughthistunnelthatopensintoanotherdimensionofconsciousnessthrough
yourcrownchakra.
Ontheothersideofthistunnelisabrightlight,andyoumayfindyourselfsensing
thatyouareonabridgecrossingoverastreamorariver.Ontheothersideofthe
bridgewillbethosepersonsofyourpreviouslife,thelifetimeyouhavejustended.
Youmaysensethosewhohavediedbeforeyou,includingpetsyouhavehad,
becausetheanimalspiritsalsodwellinthisrealm.Ifthereareincomplete
relationshipsorissuesstilltoberesolvedwiththesepersonsorbeings,youmay
feelayearningtoenterthislight,andbydoingsoyoureenterthewheelofbirth
anddeath,andyouwillreincarnatemostlikelyonEarth.
Thesecondportaliscreatedbythepersonalwillofaguruorsavior.Enteringthis
portalwillleadyouintothevibratoryfieldoftheguruorsaviorthatyouhavea
deeppersonalconnectionto.Andforthoseofyouonthispath,enteringthis
dimensionofconsciousnesswillbethecompletionofaprofounddesiretobewith
thisbeing.Ourcautionhereisthatyouwillbeenteringarealmdefinednotonlyby
theevolutionaryattainmentofyourguruorsaviorbutalsobyhisorher
limitations.
Thethirdportalopensintodarkness.Andenteringthisportalleadsyouintothe
Void,thecreatrixfromwhichallthingsarise.Ifyouchoosethisportalandhave
preparedyourselftodealwiththisleveloffreedomyouwillbefreedtoexplore
otherdimensionsofthiscosmosandbeyond,meaningstatesofbeingthat
transcendallphysicalphenomena.Inthisrealmofexistenceyoucanbecomean
explorerofotherrealitiesasyousochoose.
SomeindividualsswoonwhenconfrontedwiththevastnessoftheVoid.Theyrush
intochoosinganewrealityratherthantakingtheirtimetorestinthepotentialof
allthings.WehaveaddressedthisinapreviousmessagecalledTransitionStates.
Wehavenojudgmentastowhichportalyouenterthroughthedimensionalshift
youcalldeath.Butwethinkitisbeneficialforyoutoknowwhatawaitsyou
beforehandsothatyoucanprepareyourselfforthechoicesthatyouwillbe
compelledtomakeontheothersideofyourearthlyexperience.
Deathisnotanending.Itismerelythecompletionofonejourneythroughspace
andtime.Deathisaharbingerofnewpotentialrealities,andyouwillcreatethese
realitiesthroughthechoicesyoumadeduringyourlifeaswellasthroughthe
choicesyoumakeatthemomentofyourdeath.
Wewillnowturnourattentiontoasimplemethodfortrainingyourconsciousness
toenterhigherdimensionsandtoenterthefreedomofyourtranscendentreality
unconstrainedbythelimitationsofperceivedspaceandtime.Thismethodis
basedontheuseofasimplesoundmeditationtoexplorethefreedomof
consciousnessthatariseswhenyoushiftyourselfidentitytohigherdimensions.
Asyouexperimentwiththisthresholdofconsciousness,whichwecalltheFifth
Perspective,wecautionyoutoavoidthetemptationofescapism.Weareoffering
thismethod,notasameanstoescapetherealitiesofyourembodiedexistence,
ratherweareofferingitasameanstoenhanceandenrichyourexperienceoflife
bygivingyouaccesstothefifthdimensionandbeyond.
Higherdimensionalrealities,unconfinedbytheconstraintsofperceivedspaceand
time,conjoinedwiththerealitiesofyourbiologicalexistencecreatesapotent
catalystfordimensionalevolution,andinouropinionthisistobecelebrated
ratherthanavoided.
Forthoseofyoureadingthiswhoare,infact,atthebrinkofyourphysicaldeath
thissoundmeditationcanassistyoutoenteramoregraciouspassage.
The Fifth Perspective

TheFifthPerspectiveisquitesimplytherecognitionthatyouareunconstrainedby
spaceortime.Itisafoyeroranentranceintothefifthdimensionandfromthere
intohigherdimensionsaswell.
Itisadirectperception,notjustathoughtoranidea.Itisavisceralexperience
generatedthroughtheactivationofyourrightcerebralhemispheresabilityfor
spatialmastery.
Whenyouenterintoanexpandedsenseofspaciousnessthroughdirectexperience,
ashiftinconsciousnessoccurs.Youbecomeawitnesstothedreamlikenatureof
yourlife,yourhistoryandallphenomenaaroundyou.Thissenseoffreedom,this
transcendenceofperceivedspaceandtime,canallowyoutodealwiththerealities
ofyourembodiedexistenceinmorecreativeandresourcefulways,andthisiswhy
weareimpartingthismethod.
Aswecautionedyouearlier,thisisnotmeanttobeaformofescapism.Butthereis
indeedatemptationintheFifthPerspectiveweneedtoaddressmoreclearly
beforeproceeding.
WhenyouentertheFifthPerspective,whichisthetranscendenceofperceived
spaceandtime,everythingaboutyourlifeandtheworldaroundyouseemsdream
like.Youaredetachedfromitall,anditmayseemtoyouasifyourdaytodaylife
islikeadanceinwhichyouhavenointerest.
IfyouremainintheFifthPerspectivewithoutengagingtherealitiesofyour
embodiedlifeyouwillenterabubble,butintermsofdimensionalevolutionyou
willnotbebenefittedbysuchanescape.
WecanimaginethatremaininginthebubbleoftheFifthPerspectivewouldbethe
bestchoiceforsomeindividualsinveryrareinstances.Butformostpersonsthe
FifthPerspectiveisbestusedasaspringboardintodeeperinsightandcreativity.
Whenyouworkwiththesoundmeditation,youwillbetrainingyourbrain/mind
toentertheFifthPerspective.Thespatialnatureofthesoundpatternswillcreatea
responseinyourbrain/mind/bodythatopensadoorwayintotheFifthPerspective,
andeventuallyyouwillfindyourselfinanexpandedstateofawareness.Themore
youworkwiththesoundmeditationthestrongerthisabilitybecomes.Ultimately
yougraduatetoaplacewhereyoucanentertheFifthPerspectiveinthemidstof
yourdailyactivitiesandthisisthegoal.
Whenyouareconfrontedbyadifficultsituationinyourlifeandareableto
simultaneouslyresideintheFifthPerspective,thepressureofthesituation
decreases.Thisisduetothefactthatyourconsciousnessislessboundbythe
circumstances.Youhavealittlewiggleroom,sotospeak,andwithinthatinner
freedomnewcreativeinsightsandproblemsolvingabilitieswillspontaneously
arisewithinyou.
The Meditation
WecallthismeditationABridgeBetweentheWorlds.Itstimulatesamentalstate
thatallowsyoutoexperiencethefreedomoftheFifthPerspective.
Wesuggestyoulistentothissoundmeditationwithearphonesorearbudssothe
acousticinformationisroutedmoredirectlyintoyourbrainwithoutthepresence
ofothersoundsintheenvironment.
Asyoubeginlisteningyousimplyrecallthefeelingofbeingsurroundedbyan
immensespace.Itisthefeelingofbeingsurroundedbyspacethatactivatesyour
brainsrighthemisphericabilities.Thinkingaboutbeingsurroundedbyalarge
spacewillnotactivatethispotential.Youmustkinestheticallyfeelorsenseyourself
surroundedbyalargespace.
Ifyouareanadvancedexplorerofconsciousnessyoucandeepentheexperienceby
sensingthatthereisnobarrierbetweentheexternalspacearoundyouandthe
internalspaceofyourbody.Inotherwords,theboundaryofyourbodytemporarily
disappears,andthereisnothingbutspace.Yousimplyholdthisstateofmindas
youlistentothesoundmeditation.Whenyourmindwandersyoubringitbackto
anawarenessofspaceandthesoundsyouarehearing.Whenthemeditationis
completewesuggestyoutakeafewmomentstosensewhatishappeningwithin
you.
WhenyouhavemasteredtheabilitytoentertheFifthPerspectiveusingthissound
meditation,youarereadytograduateandexploreusingthisabilityinthemidstof
yourlifecircumstances.Theunionoftheconstraintsofyourembodiedlifewiththe
freedomofhigherdimensionalrealitiescreatesamostinterestingparadox,and
throughenteringthisparadoxyouwillgreatlyaccelerateyourdimensional
evolution.

Toms Thoughts and Observations
Thissoundmeditation(ABridgeBetweentheWorlds)isabout12minutesin
length.Butasyoubegintoexperimentwiththemethodoflisteningtothesounds
whileenteringintotheFifthPerspective(i.e.,thefeelingofspaciousness),dont
feelthatyouneedtomeditateonthissoundpieceforitsfullduration.Somepeople
willfindthatafewminutesarealltheycanhandle,andifyouareoneofthese
personsIwouldsaytojustslowlyextendthetimeaccordingtoyourcomfortzone.
Paradoxicallysomepeoplewillwishthatthesoundmeditationcouldbelonger.If
