diagnosing and managing common orthopaedic diseases and disorders of
various age groups.

At the end of the course, each student should be able to:
1. Demonstrate the skill to take comprehensive orthopaedic history, perform
systematic physical examination and interpret common investigations.

 2. Make a diagnosis and a list of differential diagnoses based on clinical
findings in history, physical examination and investigation results. (C4,

Synopsis
The course covers common orthopaedic diseases and disorders that include
congenital and acquired conditions, their epidemiology, aetiology,
pathophysiology, clinical features, investigations and management. It also covers
preventive and promotive aspects of these conditions if relevant.
