Profile Summary:
Rahul Patel is a Chartered Engineer and a Project Management professional
(PMP) having 10 years of design consultancy experience, predominantly (8
years) in the field of building and infrastructure projects including high-rise
residential, office, retail, stadium, hospital and education buildings.

EXPERTISE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Rahul is a highly capable and driven Electrical lead with experience on high profile, fast-paced and demanding
projects in Middle East. His experience is underpinned by a Masters Electrical Engineering degree.

He is exposed to project delivery process from feasibility investigation to detailed design process with an
emphasis on collaborative working, open communication and health and safety.
He is a LEED GA having considerable understanding of GEEN Building design and worked on number of LEED
projects for various ratings including gold USGBC certification.

apartments; retail centres and commercial districts creating a new vision for Sharjah.)
Dubai Crystal,Dubai, Dubai: (WSP was appointed to provide infrastructure design services for the Master
Plan of a mixed use development in Telecom Site A. The proposed Master Plan consists primarily of
midrise offices, 3 hotel towers, and some ancillary retail uses, with a total gross floor area of
approximately 1.8 million square feet.)
Mefraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE: (Renovation and extension of Hospital owned and operated by Abu
Dhabi Health Services Company PJSC (SEHA) which is responsible for the curative activities of the public
