conductedbytheWorldBankinpartnershipwithacademicandinternationalinstitutionsandprivatecompaniesandindividualsengagedininternationallogistics.2009roundof
surveyscoveredmorethan5,000countryassessmentsbynearly1,000internationalfreightforwarders.Respondentsevaluateeightmarketsonsixcoredimensionsonascale
