Good day! This letter is addressed for the purpose of asking your good office a permission to
schedule an informational interview with you to learn more about service provider field, and the
day-to -day activities from a service provider point-of-view.

This is needed as a partial requirement for our subject EN201-A Elective: Service Culture as
required under the curriculum of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Management Accounting.

We are humbly requesting your good office for the necessary question that we will be asking in
the information interview .The information we need are as follows:
a. How do they built a better customer service culture in their business?
b. How do they create a culture of continuous service improvement?
c. What are they adapting: a service education or training?
How important are the following with regards to achieving a good service culture as
follows: If they used it, what are the results?
i) Service recruitment
ii) Service communication
iii) Service recognition and award
iv) Voice of the customer
d. Do they practice walk the talk?

The information to be obtained is purely for academic purposes and will be treated with utmost
confidentiality. It is to be noted that this inquiry is done for academic purposes only.
We know that you must be quite busy, so we assure you we will be brief taking up no more
than 30 minutes of your time.
