OBJECTIVE
Ambitious Diagnostic Medical Sonography student with two years of clinical
experience in abdomen, obstetrics, gynecologic, superficial structures,
neurosonography, vascular studies, and echocardiography. I have completed my
SPI examination and I am a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in
abdomen. I am planning to obtain my vascular certification within the year. I will
be eligible to sit for the Obstetric and Echocardiography board after April 13th,
2017.

ORGANIZATIONS
President and secretary of my schools chapter of the Allied Health Student
Association. As president it is my duty to make sure the committee is
maintaining its responsibilities, plan and oversee events, and evaluate the
needs of the student body. As secretary it was my duty to record all events
and meetings.
Active Presidential Ambassador where it is my duty to advocate for the
college, and answer any questions or concerns of the incoming students.
Member of Student Government Association
Student member of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography where I
have earned 15.75 CME credits.
President of Relay for Life. As president it was my duty to set up a team that
worked well with each other, set up fundraising, made sure the committee
was maintaining its responsibilities, and planned and oversaw events.
Attended the 2016 Baptist College Medical Mission Trip to Belize as a
sonography student where I performed ultrasounds, took care of patients,
connected with families, and learned how to truly take care of someone.
I am an active member of a local food pantry where I am in charge of
inventory and the assembly line.
