comprehensiveoverviewofcertificationstothesestandardscurrentlyavailable,despitethefluctuations
inthenumberofcertificatesfromyeartoyearduetodifferencesinthenumberofparticipating
certificationbodiesandthenumberofcertificatestheyreport.

certificateswereissuedtoISO14001(including947issuedtothe2015versionpublishedin
September2015)up8%onlastyear.

Atotalof11,985certificatesforISO50001forenergymanagementwereissued(up77%onlast
year)and3133certificatesissuedtoISO22301forbusinesscontinuitymanagement(up78%on
lastyear).Thestronggrowthseenforthesetwostandardsislikelytoberelatedtothefactthat
theyarebothrelativelynewtothemarket.

ISOandIECsstandardforinformationsecurity,ISO/IEC27001sawa20%increaseto27,536
certificatesworldwide,whileISO22000forfoodmanagementandISO/TS16949forthe
automotivesectorwereup16and9%respectively.
