Technician is responsible to take all core part(s) back to their location.


PC SOS will let you know if parts are scrap or returnable.
The customer is NOT responsible for returning any parts.
**CALL PAYS $40 hourly for actual time onsite, and up to ONE HOUR OF ACTUAL TRAVEL TIME at 40, PER
TRIP.

ALL CALLS PAID NET 21 DAYS.


TO BE PAID YOU MUST SEND AN INVOICE ALONG WITH THE CUSTOMER SIGNED WORK ORDER. **

THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE TECHNICIAN FOR EACH TRIP TO BE PAID…NO EXCEPTIONS

1. Call PC SOS and confirm receipt of service request.


2. Call the customer and schedule the ETA. Update PC SOS within 1 hr. of receiving
call.
3. Call PC SOS when you arrive at site, 817-478-9535.
4. Call PC SOS prior to leaving site.
5. Fax the completed work order and invoice to PC SOS.
6. PARTS – contact PC SOS for parts ordering. Siemens supplies all parts.
7. WARRANTY PARTS & RETURNS – IF unit is under warranty, parts will include a return label,
which you MUST provide to PC SOS upon completion of the call to avoid the customer being
charged for that part and to assure proper and timely returns. If parts are required to complete
the repairs, please call one of the following manufacturers to order and contact PC SOS with
Order# (Gateway), Reference# (Dell), or Case# (IBM). All parts should arrive the next business
day unless there is a manufacturer’s delay. So please plan to service the customer in a timely
manner.
