When you join HPE Partner Ready Certification and Learning, you enter a unique global
community with more than 1 million members. Each member receives access to a personalized
learning portal populated with free web-based training, guided learning plans, and continuous
learning activities. Expert or professional, architect or administrator, support or sales staff, youll
find peers and partners to connect with and learning assets to support your career growth.

The HPE Partner Ready Certification and Learning journey begins with exploration. With the My Learning Portal, your
personalized IT skills resource, you can easily find what you need based on your role and area of interest. In fact, you
can explore multiple technologies and career pathsand benefit from a wide range of free contentright from your own
desk.

Personalized Learning Plans

Create an individualized learning plan based on your interests and career objectives, or you can design a plan around a
particular product or technology. As you acquire more knowledge and progressively increase your skill level, your
learning plan will help ensure that you take the most efficient path toward your goal. Personalized learning plans allow
you to customize based on your interests and career objectives.

Invitation Only Exclusive Webinars, Events & Trainings

Hear about the leading-edge thoughts and ideas of HPEs top technical professionals and executives. Preview product
roadmaps and innovations. Drill down deeper into new product introductions, new certifications, and topics and tools
designed to make you more effective.
How to access this benefit: Be sure to opt-in to our email policy. Select your Areas of Interest within MyLearning
(www.mylearninghpe.com) to ensure you get notifications that match your interests.

Discounts on HPE Press

Get discounts on HPE Press hardcopy and eBook publications for sale on the HPE Press website (
https://hpepress.hpe.com/ ). HPE Press Study Guides and Solution Series Guides provide excellent self-study and
reference support for IT professionals.
Discounts are based on Certification Level:
Master ASE 30%
ATP and ASE 20%
Sales and PC Certified 10%
How to access this benefit: To take advantage of the discounts, the learner needs to pick up a promo code from the My
Learning portal. To navigate to it on the portal, use Benefits > Tools and Resources > HPE Press Self Study Guide
discounts . This page will show the discount code the learner is eligible for based on certification level. The learner can
obtain a specific promo code from this page when they access it, and then enter it into the promo code field when they
place their order on HPE Press.

Free training and exams delivered at HPE Events
To help you keep your skills up to date and manage certification requirements, free training and exams are
often delivered at HPE Events including Discover, ASPIRE and HPE TSS. Note that the EMEA region does
not typically provide free training at large scale regional events, only free exams. In EMEA free training is
more likely to be organized on a local level.
How to access this benefit: Members of the learning community will receive invitations via email inviting them
to participate in onsite training and exam opportunities.

Beta Training
New courseware content is put through the test during the beta delivery by HPE to partners and trainers. The
developer delivers the Beta training as if it is a normal delivery to test the timing of the lecture, activities and
hands-on labs. Minor adjustments may occur for final course publication based on feedback from the beta
attendees. Select certified learners are invited to participate. We ask that they provide feedback while they
benefit from free training.
How to access this benefit: Participating in Beta Training is by invitation only and highly sought after. If this is
something you are interested in participating in please ask your HPE Sales Rep or HPE Partner Education
Manager (PEM) to contact us.

Exam Development Workshops:

ATP, ASE, and Master ASEs have the opportunity to participate in exam development workshops and
reviews and may also get invited to competency modeling workshops. Participates may receive:
Thank you gifts for workshop participation including exam waivers for full participation in a tech review
process or IDW (item development workshop for exams) may be available.
Expense-paid trips to various parts of the world when participating in a JTA (job task analysis for course
design) or an IDW (item development workshop for exams)

Sense of ownership and contribution with defining certification skills and ensuring exam relevance

Membership provides you access to a supportive global community of IT professionals. Youll find peers and
partners to connect with. Targeted forums and other tools help you immediately network with IT pros and
HPE experts for guidance, problem- solving, best practices, and expertise. You can get to know HPE-
certified professionals, and even find expert help for passing certification exams. Subscribe to get news,
insights, and commentaries. Post questions to our experts and your peers and comment on posts you have
an interest in.

Connect Worldwide free membership

Connect is an independent membership organization formed from the consolidation of former HPE/HP user
groups, including Encompass, ITUG, and HP-Interex EMEA. Connect Worldwide is a community of IT
professionals who utilize the full spectrum of Hewlett Packard Enterprise products and services, like servers,
storage, networking/mobility, infrastructure software, cloud, big data, converged systems and security.

With more than 2,000 members, 3,000 academic and training partners and tens of thousands of registered

across the full IT channel. Members drive programs through their participation in CompTIA

Display your certification status and let your employer, customers and peers know about your expertise.
Your certification level insignias can be inserted as part of your email signature and on your business card.
Note: e-Certificates, ID cards and Level Insignias are issued for Partner Ready certifications, not exam
completions or service qualifications. HPE does not send hard copy certificates to certified professionals.

How to access these benefits: Once your HPE certification is visible under My Certification Credentials on
the My Learning Portal homepage http://www.mylearninghpe.com/, it means that your personalized Partner
Ready e-Certificates, ID cards and Level Insignias are available for download under the Benefits section.
You can also go to My Training History and use the one click option to add to your LinkedIn profile.

HPE Branded Merchandise
Show off your HPE Certification! Merchandise with HPE certification branding is often offered.
Branded merchandise varies and is typically provided at special face-to-face events.
How to access this benefit: Certified professionals may receive specially branded polo shirts,
backpacks, pens, etc by participating in invitation-only events. For example Master ASEs often get
branded shirts at HPE Discover, EMEA often provides special give-away bundles. Branded
merchandise and distribution varies.

Exclusive benefits for Master ASE certified members:
HPE is focused on providing our best resources to our most distinguished among our certified community. We provide
benefits that support our overall Master ASE community in reaching their collective goals. Special benefits include:

VIP Support Hotline

Master ASEs receive enhanced remote support for break fix issues. This provides them faster access to HPE experts
to get their questions answered while out in the field. Master ASE call in on a special phone number.
How to access this benefit: Master ASE call in on a special phone number. Master ASEs have a special drop down
from the Benefits menu that appears once they hold that credential. The phone numbers are listed on
MyLearninghpe.com under Tools and Resources.

Mastermind Profile
Providing our Master ASEs with visibility, promotion, and networking abilities. Once a quarter we feature a new Master
ASE in each region on the HPE My Learning blog in the Mastermind profile.
How to access this benefit: If this is something a partner is interested in they can let their HPE Partner Education
Manager know.

Master ASE Special Events

Each region often provides special events and opportunities for our Master ASE community. Whether it is the ability to
participate on a Master ASE Council, attend a dedicated Master ASE conference, or join a VIP reception, HPE is
focused on providing our best resources to our most distinguished certified community.
How to access this benefit:
