Preparing for Lesson Development

1. What does your pre-assessment observation indicate about your
students needs and current performance and educational needs?
The students will continue to learn about differnet animal classes, they have
already learned about mammals, fish, and birds. The boys are ready to learn
about different types of animals like lizards and snakes. The students seem to
be interested in what the animals eat so they can put facts about that in their
reptile books. The students like to post on Padlet because it is something
different than what they normally do.

2. How will you design the lesson to meet the needs of all learners in
your classroom? The students will be able to work with their partners while
they are writing their facts about reptiles in their books. The teacher will also
be walking around the room to answer any question that might come up. The
books will be shown over the Elmo so that all of the students will be able to
see the pictures.
