Total or all-out Leadership

In reality, Leadership is not what you are learning from internet, leadership training or
quotes from successful corporates, real corporate life successful leadership is all about the
following things:

We have heard about Total football introduced by Netherland football team back in 70s,
where anyone can play anywhere upon requirement, i.e. forward can play in winger or in
defensive position if team requires it.

Here total leadership is the all-out leadership attack. i.e. one good leader needs to
apply all the following tools & techniques to become a very successful leader in
corporate life.

1. Do not follow anyone; just learn good things from everyone.

2. Be confident and try to suppress others voices and ensure your voices are
loud and followed.
3. Try to recruit die hard followers, who will never betray you and ensure your
numbers of followers or worshipers need to be greater than your opponents
followers.
4. Learn many leadership and management jargons and apply with examples
whenever required.
5. Play your own drums and ensure your drum bits are the main tunes of your
organization.
6. Be Political and kick or suppress all the to-be leaders so that they can never
take your position.
7. Make sure you have very good backups from the employers side.
8. You need socio political backup as well, so that your employers also have fear
to kick you.
9. Create exit doors for your own safety.
10. Always follow your enemys footsteps and plan accordingly and dont forget to
create negative impressions on your enemies and their followers to the
employers. And keep in mind that, in corporate life everyone can be your
enemies.
