RESOLUTION

This pertains to the Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution of this

office in the above entitled cases dated January 15, 2016 finding probable to
indict accused Rey Jamtaran Nasari who is charged in the above-entitled cases
as Abu / mam and Tata Dagadas
 RESOLUTION

After careful evaluation of the evidence or record, the undersigned finds

the evidence submitted evidence unsupported to constitute probable cause to
indict respondent Rey Jamtaran Nasari who is charged as Abu / mam a.k.a.
Tata Dagadas.

Wherefore, on the basis of the foregoing premises, it is respectfully

recommended that the complaint against Rey Jamtaran Nasari the crime of
Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention with ransom defined and penalized
under Article 267 under penal code be dismissed for lack of probable cause.
