Shaping the future of Mobile Displays! Do you want to be part of that?

Innolux Corp. to create a new powerhouse focused on total range of displays. Innolux offers a
highly competitive product and technology portfolio of distinctive, value added displays for the
telecommunications, consumer electronics, automotive, information display and avionics markets.

The Mechanical and Optical Department is responsible for the module design, which include the
mechanical, illumination and touch functionality. The Senior Engineer Mechanics will cooperate
with other disciplines in project teams and will directly interface with the customer to define the
functions of the display module. He is responsible for the definition of the module requirements
and for translating these into component and process requirements. In close cooperation with
suppliers these components need to be developed. Internally he will work together with other
disciplines and the factories in China to have a smooth introduction in mass production.

The customers in the Automotive market do expect more robust products in order to limit their

and nowadays also the touch functionality in the display module. At the same time the design also
needs to be optimized from the perspective of yield and manufacturability.
