AFFIDAVIT

I, Muhammad Ilyas Sheikh, Advocate, Son of Muhammad Shafi Sheikh, do,

hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under;

1. That deponent is allottee of Plot No. 8-C, Street No.26, Sector A-1, DHA-I

Rawalpindi. He has started construction over his said Plot after getting site

plan sanctioned form DHA Rawalpindi.

2. That above said plot is surrounded by hills from one side, whereas on two

sides adjacent plots are in lower side and is in depth of more than 15 Feet.

Plot is not in proper shape. Its digging and cutting was made through

Hammer Machine. Due to its location while erecting foundation walls, some

variation have taken place at the site, however the main building as well as

the boundary walls erected and to be erected are within the area of

deponents above mentioned plot.

3. That due to above said reason foundation wall has variation of few inches

overlapping towards the adjacent plots. Deponent is ready if the said walls

are treated as joint between the allottees of adjacent plots and the objections

so raised be removed.
