The National 1320 is available for immediate delivery with an asking price of $10,500,000.00
USD. The rig has a top drive and drill string, which is included in the asking price.

This rig is in excellent condition and ready to go to work anywhere in the world. The Seller
reports they recently had the 2-year Level 3 API certification done in August of 2011.

The rig is warm stacked with the rig run-up, and the drawworks and pumps rolled each month.
