About the tool?

There are three sheets visible to users in this workbook: Read Me, Activities Index, and 4W

Read Me provides basic information on how to use this information management tool.

Activities Index provides a detailed list of activities being reported in the 4W, their units, and other details.

Activities 4W is the main sheet which partners use to report their activities.

How to use the Dashboard sheet?

Here are some guidelines on how to use the Dashboard sheet:

Dashboard is a READ ONLY sheet and can only be used to review information on activities reported in the "Activities 4W" she

How to use the 4W sheet?

4W is the main sheet which partners will use to enter the data.

Thumb rule to use this sheet is that the information on any activity (type and name) in a specific area (ideally Ward) should be
ROW, AND ONLY ONE PIECE OF DATA PER CELL.

WHERE: The user will enter the detail of geographic area (Columns B-D: District, VDC, Ward) of activity in this section. All c
area entity selected in the previous column cell.

WHO: This section records names of primary stakeholder organizations


Partner Organisation: Select name of activity leading organization from the dropdown list (Column E)
Main Implementing Partner (IP): Select name of activity main implementing partner organization from the dropdown
