Dear Sir,

I write in behalf of my client Jane Doe. It came to our knowledge that you
have unsettled accounts with him as follows:
Antique Paintings Php 222,000.00
Cash Advances 69,773.50
F & E Paluwagan as of Sept. 2016 136,775.00
Total 428,548.50
Attach herewith is the computation of your unsettled accounts.

It was previously agreed upon, that in view of certain circumstances,

you are unable to pay such amount in cash, my client has agreed to settle
your account through the surrender of various antiques and paintings. It
was further agreed upon that the value of such items shall be applied to
the above-stated unsettle account. Despite such agreement however, when
such antiques and paintings were about to be collected, your sister in law,
who is neither a privy to such an agreement and has no legal personality in
this case to oppose, refused to surrender the same.

I therefore tender this DEMAND upon you to effect the settlement of

Php428,548.50 and 10% attorneys fees amounting to Php471, 403.35
within a period not exceeding five (5)days from your receipt of this letter.
Your failure to heed this demand will compel us to institute immediate civil
and criminal action against you.
