Dear Hiring Manager:

It is with great interest that I am applying for an Administration position. On


April 28. 2017, I completed my Masters of Education with Administration
Endorsement. Prior to completing to my program, I was an intern in Washington
County School District at Desert Hills Middle School and Bloomington Hills
Elementary. In March of 2011, I also completed my Masters of School Counseling
degree. I am enthusiastic and prepared to share my knowledge to maximize
student learning, improve academic achievement for all students, promote
lifelong learning, increase awareness of high ability learners, and help students
develop socially, academically, and personally.
The resume enclosed covers past accomplishments and imperative skills, but
here is a summary of what I have to offer.

1. Leadership Competence: The ability to promote the philosophy of the school


program; support school success and remove barriers that hinder student
success, follow ethical and legal foundations; promote multicultural awareness,
gender sensitivity, and racial and ethical appreciation; collaborate with other
staff members; and continuing professional development.
2. Student Advocate: The ability to remove barriers of student learning by
advocating for students within the ethical standards, laws, and regulations.
3. Education Competence: The ability to provide and maintain a safe,
respectful, positive, and respectful learning environment for all students;
evaluate student performance; support, encourage, and improve academic
improvement; increase awareness of high ability learners, and promote lifelong
learning.

I believe that each and every child is a unique individual that should be given a
secure, caring, and stimulating environment in which he or she can learn to grow
and mature emotionally, physically, emotionally, and socially. As an educator, it
is my desire to help students develop educational and career goals to improve
their future. As a school counselor, I believe that every child can learn and that
all students have an equal opportunity to do so.
