Ive been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Ms. Macasek during the 2016-2017 school
year at Forestbrook Middle School. I quickly came to know Ms. Macaseks dedication and
commitment to students and her willingness to take on leadership roles within our school.

Ms. Macasek is a dedicated and committed educator. She maintains high expectations for her
students, her peers, and herself. Ms. Macasek willingly accepts leadership roles beyond her classroom.
She has experience serving as a leader for our Extended Learning Program. She also currently serves
as a leader among eighth-grade teachers as a member of the Principals Cabinet and as a leader in the
school as a member of the FMS School Improvement Council. Ms. Macasek is a problem-solver and
often devises solutions for issues that arise when dealing with students, schedules, and the like. Ms.
Macasek has a strong command of student management in her classroom and beyond.

As an individual, Ive found Ms. Macasek to be dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate. She has
great rapport with students and easily establishes relationships with all stakeholders. She is well-
respected and admired by staff, parents, students, and community members. It is without reservation
that I recommend Ms. Macasek for this position, and she would be a true asset to your school.
