hencethedepartmenthasstatedthatitcannotspecifyaminimumormaximumtimeframeforalegal
procedure.

Thisalsomeansthatthereisnorecoursethatonehaswhenfacedwithwhatlookslikeunreasonable
delay.

Thestandardtacticfordelaythatisdeployedeverytimeyouvisittheofficeisthatyouwillbeinformedof
onemoredocumentorprocedurethatneedstobecompleted,forwhichyouwillneedtocomeagain.

Anotherreasonfordelayisthattheconcernedpersonisonleave/isunavailable/isnotintheoffice/is
notathis/hertable.

originalTrustDeedistobehandedovertotheconcernedofficer.

24.YouwillbecalledintotheroomoftheDeputyCharityCommissionerwhomayaskyousomequestions
abouttheproposedTrust.

25.OncompletionoftheHearing,theAffidavitistobesignedinthepresenceoftheofficerwhothenaffirms
thesame.

26.TheDeputyCharityCommissionerwillthensignandcompleteyourapplicationprocess.

27.TheconcernedofficerwillthenaskyoutopayRs.15incashtothecashieratthecounter.

3.Wehavefoundthatitisbesttoturnupattheofficeratherthancallandaskifthereisaneedforyouto
come.

4.Webelievethatinthenormalmatterofthings,thereshouldbenoreasonforustobecallinggovernment
officerstofindoutifourworkhasbeendone,especiallywhenthenextdateforustovisittheofficehas
beengivenbytheofficerhimselforherself,andnotbyus.

5.IfthereismorethanoneTrusteepresentattheHearing,thiscanhelptocompletetheprocedurefaster
as2peoplefromoneTrustappeartobemoresincerethanoneorevennone,assomanyTrustsare
representedbyLawyers.
