TERMS:

Minimum charge of 4 ( Four) hours per local job are applicable

Time will be counted from the Technician / Engineer leaving our workshops / offices until arriving
back in our workshops/offices (This means Base to Base of Zener Workshop in Dubai).

All waiting hours at Port, Immigration, Boat which are not in our direct control would be charged
as per usual hourly tariffs

Daily rates are applicable for the work outside UAE (Coastal or Territorial Waters) for Maximum
of 10 Hours of working per day and overtime will be charged for the additional hours worked

Chargeable rates begin from the day of departure from Dubai and ends on the day of arrival to
Dubai, both days inclusive. Minimum Charge of 2 man days are applicable for any daily jobs

Unless & otherwise instructed by the client, Zener Workshop reserves the right to determine the
number of persons necessary to perform the requested service / installation work

Unless & otherwise notified by the client, Zener Workshop will determine the job to be performed
at overtime / Normal hours

If Zener Workshop utilizes or employs Electrician or Assistant along with Technician / Engineer to
complete the request service work, then the labor hours of Electrician / Assistant would be charged
@ 50% to the usual tariffs

All Services rendered by Zener Workshop, regardless to the work completion due to circumstances
beyond reasonable control of our workshop, shall be payable at usual tariffs along with spares and
all expenses

Lumpsum quote is available on request based on the job scope described at the time of an enquiry,
however the labor and spares beyond the scope described would be charged additional

Any inspection or estimation that may on board presence of Technician / Engineer and if it is not
awarded to Zener Workshop the same would be charged at a fixed agreed rate. However if the job
is awarded to Zener Workshop the same could be absorbed into the awarded service cost, subject to
the decision of Zener Workshop

Necessary Port Clearance, Customs / Immigration Clearance, Access to Site and Launch Service
shall be provided by the vessel's local ship agents (if desired). Any charges incurred due to the port
clearance, passes or customs clearance would be charged additional

Airfares, excess baggage, hotel (Boarding and Lodging), car-hire, subsistence and traveling expenses
are charged at cost plus 10 %. Customs / Immigration clearance, Port passes and the Access to site
shall to be arranged by the Vessel / Owner nominated agent

Payment to be settled within 30 days after date of invoice (Until and unless agreed in advance),
thereafter 2 % interest per month will be added
