How has the housing market changed since this time last year?
2016 was a great year for home sales, and so far that momentum is continuing in 2017. While its
impossible to know with certainty how long this sellers market will continue, for now its going strong.

While a lot of emphasis is often placed on timing, particularly during the spring market, the truth is
that houses sell all year round. In fact, our company actually sold more homes per month in August,
September and October of last year than we did in either April or May. The reality is you should
sell your home when the time is right for you. Such a big decision cant always be market driven
it has to be life driven.
