1 Every circuit should have Earthing as per BNBC code.

2 All light fixture should be incorporate as per interior design. But present layout is ok.

Power point should be revised as per the furniture layout. But present layout is ok.

Water filtration system should be incorporate.

a)Electrical layout will be confirmed after finalization gym equipment layout.

b) Green area lighting need to check based on the final landscaping drawing.

Sanitary Services
1 water Distribution (HW & CW) pipe should be food grade cPVC pipe.
2 water distribution design is ok.
3 Developer should be supply better quality valve , fittings and Pump.
4 After completion toilet, all internal pipe system should be pressure tested at a pressure of 5
bar for 24 hours.

5 without completion of pressure test report, developer should not be install the wall tiles/all
the counseled pipe.
6 AC Drainage: should be separate piping system.
7 Green area water supply and drainage system should be proper.
8 Hot water design is ok.
9 Rain water is ok.
10 Slope should be maintain as per BNBC code.

Fire fighting and detection system


1 sprinkler spacing layout should be compile as per BNBC.
2 Few of sprinkler (Basement area) distance shows higher than the reference value of BNBC.
3 Fire Detection design is ok.
4 All equipment and accessories should be better quality.
