Filipinos, and residents of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose

That we are the Petitioners in the above-titled case; That we have

caused the preparation of the above Petition and we have read the
same and knows the contents thereof; That the allegations contained
therein are true and correct of our own personal knowledge and based

any other action or proceeding or filed any claim involving the same
