AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT
I think there were too many programmes to be completed in
few days, very tight schedule. So, either the [number of] days
for the programmes could be increased or the number of the
programmes could be reduced.
Mainstreaming has been done, is being done and will be done
[in the future] but what about excluded, secluded and
outstream people. If we dont listen to the voice of silence, to
make the immovable a movable one through IT, technology and
information which can lessen theDigital Divide and can ensure
Differently Able in Development.

7. MAIN CHALLENGES
TOP CHALLENGES
The setting is different in my country which makes [it] difficult [to
nagivate constraints related to civic space].
Some [national] laws put our freedom of expression at high risk.
I'm not getting enough information on the implementation of the Action
Plan and I'm confused with how I can contribute or get engaged.
[I have a] lack of connection with policy makers in my city.
[I would need help to] promote [Case4Space] at the local UNDP office.
8. COORDINATION MECHANISMS
8. COORDINATION MECHANISMS (continued)
COORDINATION MECHANISMS
We should build on the Case4Space forum - a online community where
connect Case4Space participants, Newsroom journalist, who want to
attend the next C4S Forum, who need instruction to develop their ideas.
We can also organize C4S forum in small scale to expand the meaning of
Forum
It is very important to get support from any of the UN Country Office for
the implementation of the #Case4Space Action Plan. Any UN Country
Office
I would like to have a platform [where I can] fully engaged in
implementing [the] SDGs, like the Youth Force of Maldives.
9. RESEARCH
10. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
MAIN CONCLUSIONS
Networking and coalition-building with other young people
and their networks
Inclusion, SDG implementation, campaigning and
volunteering are the top priorities
The UN remains a partner of choice
Funding and how to implement the Action Plan are the two
identified challenges
Limited offline engagement once back home
Online tools & social media are the strongest implementation
channels
The event helped creating a strong and energetic network of
young activists
Engagement with Country Offices needs to be facilitated
Research needed includes trends and innovations
#CASE4SPACE THANK YOU!
