COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, JAYDEN S. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married, and

resident and postal address at #69 Irisan, Baguio City, Philippines, after
having duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law do hereby depose and
state I am filing a criminal case for Carnapping against the following
individuals, to wit:

1. JONALD SOBRE, a resident of 8 B15 Francisca Tower, Kamuning,

2. That sometime on January 2017, I met JONALD SOBRE in a business
transaction;
3. Thereafter, I was able to tell him that I am selling my Subaru Forrester
for the amount of Php450,000.00;
4. That JONALD, to convince me that he has a buyer for the vehicle for
Php 500,000.00;
5. That on February 7, 2017, JONALD went to see me at my house
borrowing the vehicle and the OR and CR because he will meet the
potential buyer in the name of Celso Perez on the same day and he will
return the vehicle and documents if transaction did not push through
or give the payment if he will be able to close the deal;
6. That on the night of February 7, 2017, JONALD came back to our house
and informed me that he was able to sell it for Php 500,000.00 and
gave me Php 10,000.00 with the promise that the rest of the selling
price will be given the next day;
7. That the next day he did not showed up;
8. That I tried to call him but his number was already out of coverage
area;
9. That on February 12, 2017, I went to see him at his residence but he is
not there;
10. That I tried to locate JONALD and the vehicle but my efforts failed;
11. That I went back to their residence a couple of times but he is not
there;

12. That on February 20, 2017, I went to the police station 9, to report the
incident, copy of which is attached as Annex A;
13. In view of the foregoing, I am now convinced that JONALD has no
intention to return the Vehicle nor the proceeds of the sale and led me
to believe that he will sell the vehicle on my behalf;
14. That I am executing this complaint-affidavit to attest to the truth of
the foregoing facts and for the purpose of filing a criminal complaint for
CARNAPPING against the accused.
