NavEdit

a) Open NavEdit software by clicking on the icon above.

b) Click File > Open

c) Select the file contains Sounding data and click > Open.
d) Click Configure > Survey Vessel Select and Data Editor Setup

e) Survey and Vessel Selection Window appeared

Survey and vessel name of the project selected.

Click > Next.

f) Select Echo Sounder ODOM Echo Sounders Echo Sounder (1), Echo Sounder

Click > Next.

g) Select Survey Line when Surveyed GO Selection appeared.

h) Select the Offset Selection as in the offset configuration in Navigation Software
earlier.

Click > Finish.

i) The following windows will be appeared. At the Selection window, the whole line of line
of the time selection selected by clicking at the beginning and drag until the end of the
line.
j) Graph window appeared showing the observed depth. Here we can detect the extreme
values of the depth observed.

k) Click at the extreme value in Graph window to edit.

l) The data should be editing in the Grid Window.

m) Click at the depth before the extreme value starts and drag until the depth after the
extreme value ends.

n) Click Edit menu and click at Interpolate or just click at interpolate icon below the menu
bar.

o) The same step repeated from line 1 to last line until all sounding data has been
edited.

p) Then, after all sounding data has edited, go to configure and click > Survey Vessel
Select and Data Editor Setup.

q) Select the project and then enter the tide file for the survey job. It will appear like
below.
