GENERAL RULES:
For all events under the Arts cluster, the following system will be followed to
identify departments:

Every team contesting will be identified only by its allotted number and
NOT by its department of origin.
Each department will pick lots to determine the number that they will
identify their department by.

For those events with a cap of two per department, the lots will be
numbered 1 to 24.
For events that require sharing of tools between two teams from the
same department, the departments will be made to sit together. However,
they will still identify themselves only by their team numbers and NOT
department of origin.
Events that impose a cap of 1 team per department, lots will be numbered
1 to 12.

The judges will be informed about the necessity for anonymity of

departments and will not pose questions to ascertain a participants
department of origin. However, if such a situation arises, the contestants
are expected to refrain from revealing the name of their department and
must allow the event coordinator to step in to speak with the judge.
In case of any conflict regarding the rules and judgments, the decision of
the event managers stand final.
