Payment
Payment can be in the form of cash or check. Online payment is accepted on
your electronic invoice through payPal. a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 may be added to your
bill when you pay with PayPal. This is a fee associated with PayPal services and not a
fee that we charge. You will receive emails from INVOICED with your invoice and
payment options. Your payment is due at the conclusion of the first lesson of each
month. If payment becomes a problem, talk to your instructor about separate payment
options. We do not offer Pay per lesson plans.
Sibling plans are available at a rate of 10% for each immediately family member
taking lessons.
One Time Registration Fee - $20 - This reserves your time slot in my schedule
30 minute lessons - $90 monthly
45 minute lessons - $120 monthly
Monthly late fee - $20 per week that payment is late
Cancelations
To try and keep things simple, any studio closures will be made known at the
first of the month. Any billing changes are up to the discretion of the studio.
If the lesson is canceled by the instructor - You will receive a make up lesson
on a different day OR a $20 credit will be applied to next months payment. Make up
or credit issuing is determined by the instructor. Instructor cancelations will be
kept to an absolute minimum
NOTE : If the studio is closed (A calendar will be made available at the beginning of
the month) You will not receive a credit. Rescheduling is completely up to the
instructor
If the lesson is canceled by the student with more than 24 hours notice - You
will receive a make up lesson on a different date, or a $20 credit to next months
invoice - at the teachers discretion.
If the lesson is canceled by the student with less than 24 hours notice - you
will receive no make up lesson and your monthly bill will stay the same. This is to
ensure the teachers consistent schedule for you lesson. If your time slot becomes
difficult to schedule, please talk to your instructor about changing your time.
Closures
We will be closed for most major holidays.
If the lesson is canceled due to weather closures - the lesson will be made up
on a different day or a $20 credit will be given.
Emergencies
We understand that certain last minute situations, such as family emergencies
or sudden illnesses occur. These situations will be dealt with individually at the
studios discretion. We will try to be flexible and reschedule your lesson if
possible. PLEASE do not send your child to lessons if they stayed home from school
or an activity because they were sick.
Discontinuation
We ask for a two week notice to open your time slot up for another student
and keep instructorss schedules consistent.
Parent Info
We have a small lounge available for parents to wait. We ask that parents do
not sit in on their childs lesson if at all possible, as we note that students focus
less with parents in the room. If this is an issue, you are allowed to sit in, but we
recommend against it.
Students are expected to practice. One of the most crucial things is to
practice within 24 hours of the lesson. This helps reinforce what they have learned.
Your child can not reach their full ability without practicing.
