GENERAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

DO's WHILE ON DUTY

BE in complete uniform.
Neat and in good hygiene
DO make sure that DDO and FA
license are updated.
Check FA and ammunition are in order
Always check the Armored Car if it is on condition before operation
Do make sure all security escorts knows how many rounds are loaded at everyones firearm.
DO give the alarm to co-armored crew
on danger signs observed
DO keep security procedures confidential
BE always on alert and observant to
people around
WHEN IN DOUBT on teller's instructions,

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

DONT's WHILE IN OPERATION

DO NOT use mobile phone

DO NOT allow anyone to hitch hike or ride share.
DO NOT carry cash or coins
DO NOT engage in unnecessary conversation with
anyone.
DO NOT chamber load you firearms.
DO NOT allow anyone to borrow your issued service firearms even if it is momentarily.
DO NOT perform other tasks
not related to SOP.
TO avoid blame to non-compliance to SOP.
DO NOT allow anyone to get close to the armored vehicle.
CLEAR the way of the teller for fast collection.

To prevent robbery.
DO NOT let anybody get close
to the teller carrying cash.

To avoid possible snatching.

DO refer immediately

GUARD ORGANIZATION
AND DISPOSITION

Security- Driver
On the driver seat.

Escort 1
Team leader beside the driver's seat
Assist driver in maneuvering the armored car especially on tight places and on reverse travel.
Records all ETD and ETA from bank post to destination vice versa.
First to go out the armored car upon ETA and last to board upon ETD.
After un boarding the armored car, evaluate the situation before signaling/telling the Escort 2 to open the back
door.
Check if the ATM machine is fully secured/all locks are locked when servicing ATM

Escort 2
Back seat opposite the teller.
Always remind armored vehicle crew on the alert and vigilant on their respective duties and responsibilities.
Coordinate with teller on their pick-up routes, destination and alternate routes.
Command the driver on the pick-up routes as instructed by the teller.
Assist driver in maneuvering the armored car especially on tight places and on reverse travel.
Correct immediately all deficiencies of security crew members.
Coordinate with cluster-in-charge on matters of armored security crew violations and etc.
Maintain logbook, record activities, unusual observation, violations and etc.
